Who Can Join? We invite anybody interested in Down Syndrome and the related topics we focus our efforts on to join DSAH. Parents, grandparents, siblings, doctors and hospitals, schools, therapists and of course individuals living with Down syndrome are all welcome to join DSAH.

· Monthly support and information meetings which allow families to learn the latest technologies, supports, and educational techniques for supporting a person with Down syndrome,

· Support outreach efforts to improved education of physicians, therapists, social workers and schools through seminars, community events and supportive information and resource materials.

· The DSAH Resource Center and staffing to better enable us to know, understand and meet your daily needs.

· New Parent Packets, that are provided free to families to give them the vital encouragement, support, and information they need to support their new child,

· Conferences each year in which nationally recognized experts share their knowledge with our families and communities,

· Social events for people with Down syndrome and their families and friends, such as the Gathering of Friends Festival, the summer Pool Party, Spring Eggstravaganza and many others. These parties celebrate the uniqueness, importance, and individuality of everyone.

· The DSAH phone line and website to ensure adequate and open communication as well as information sharing.

Download and print the above form and survey, fill them out (survey is optional but greatly appreciated), attach your check and mail to the DSAH at the address shown on the form. You will receive a verification phone call and follow-up letter.
